What will happen?During your initial consultation we will discuss which Weight Control program is right for you, dependent on weight loss required and your BMI. During your initial assessment we will discuss your relationship with food and exercise. This will allow me to identify the triggers and habits to modify within the follow on sessions. We will discuss your motivation and level of commitment as both of these are required to ensure the best possible outcome for you. Debi will explain how hypnosis works and you will experience a session allowing you to begin the relaxation process needed for successful weight loss and maintenance.
Each follow on session will be formulated for you as an individual, using both Hypnosis - Suggestion Therapy and NLP we will break down barriers, habits and remove triggers. Providing you with a new healthy way of living without feeling deprived or constantly having to use willpower.
The number of sessions required will be dependent on the individual and will be discussed at the initial session and follow on appointments.
