Whole being package
This combines Hypnotherapy and Reiki. Reiki is used to balance our bodies natural energy channels, the chakra's. Not only does it provide healing energy to balance but also to clear any negative energies we have attracted in life. These could be a result of any negative emotions, feelings or behaviours. Combining this with Hypnotherapy could offer a powerful therapy when dealing with deeply ingrained emotional issues such as low self esteem, depression or relationship problems. Additionally when stopping smoking it may help the bodies natural healing process along. This package will offer you a clear focus and provide you with time for your subconscious mind to absorb the pattern that is the new you. £70 per session
STRESS REDUCTION PROGRAMME - .This will consist of Hypnotherapy sessions offering you different relaxation techniques, focusing on the areas in your life that are causing you problems. You will be taught how to induce self hypnosis, allowing you to continue the treatment yourself at home whenever you feel you need to. £50 per session a minimum of 4 sessions required.
