At Changing Status, I offer gentle, inclusive spaces to explore yoga, meditation, and mindfulness—without pressure or performance. These sessions are about supporting your body, mind, and spirit, wherever you are on your journey.

Weekly Yoga Classes

  • When:

                       Tuesdays 10.30am – 11.30am

                        Fridays 9.30am – 10.30am

  • Where: Near the villages of Eagle & North Scarle. Postcode LN6 9HE
  • What to bring: Comfortable Clothing and water. Mats, Blocks & Straps are available. However you are welcome to bring your own.

Accessible, grounding, and breath-led

Each week I offer two group yoga classes designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and awareness—while also creating space for rest and reconnection. These classes are open to all levels and are especially supportive for those new to yoga or returning after a break.

You’ll be guided with clear cues, encouraged to listen to your body, and supported in honouring your own pace.
